This is particularly good for games because it feels more Michael Bay -ish.īUT, that increase also makes the bass bleed into the mids and muffle the highs which absolutely fucks over the overall quality of the recordings. Gaming headsets happen to be tuned in a way that they increase the bass and sub-bass so everyone sounds more "boomy".
CSGO MIC NOT WORKING MAC 2017 DRIVERS
EVERY headphone has drivers to hear footsteps. >Gaming headsets have drivers to hear footstepsĪs far as I know, nobody has invented "footstep audio". Even the stupid Astro's with their DAC/AMP are inferior to other alternatives. I also tried many products from other brands on my dark days. >You have owned Razer products and a cheap steelseries headset and generalize all gaming headsets based off that? Old ass reply but, I can say you are objectively wrong: Could be wrong on that though…īasically I’m wondering, how can I achieve a wireless headset/microphone solution using the stuff I already have (the beats studio wireless, or AirPods)? I’m wondering though, can I use something like the v-moda boom pro microphone ( ) with my beats headphones, with one end of the cable in the headphones and the other end in the audio Jack in the bottom of the Ps5 controller? Or will I run into Bluetooth issues again? The PS5 controller has a built-in mic also but AFAIK that doesn’t work when using the controller with Steam.

From the previous times I’ve asked this question, people told me that it’s an issue with Bluetooth, and the only option would be to buy a USB wired headset, but I don’t really want a cord going from the TV to the couch.

Problem is, the audio quality instantly shits the bed the moment I select “AirPods” as microphone. I use my AirPods or beats studio wireless as headphones, so only Bluetooth options. I have my PC set up to my living room TV, and I play from the couch with a PS5 controller (it works with Steam, or DS4Windows if the game isn’t on steam, like call of duty). Sorry, I’ve asked this question here before but had a follow-up:
